JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 19.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.09.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that although at para 3 of the petition, it has been mentioned that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent but after filing of this petition, parvikar of the petitioner came to know that one case had been registered against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be
