JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 17.11.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 33 litres of Nepali liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like
