Petitioner seeks regular bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 677 of 2014 registered under section 366(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Santosh Thakur, who happens to be her relative, took her to Begusarai town. They stayed in a room and ordered for meal but in the meantime the staff of the hotel came inside and tried to out rage her modesty but on alarm both the staff were apprehended by the police who disclosed their name as Ranjan Paswan and Chotu Ram. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is false and concocted on account of payment of money verbal altercation took place.
