JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for restoration of the writ petition bearing CWJC no. 15170 of 2017 which had stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 25.04.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the present petition, the present petition is allowed and the writ petition bearing CWJC no. 15170 of 2017 is restored to its original file subject to the petitioner taking steps as per the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in CWJC no. 15170 of 2017 and depositing a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee.
