JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in Town P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018 and thereafter he has been made accused in nine other cases. He further submits that prior to arrest of the petitioner in Town P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018, he was not named in any of the nine cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018. Considering the totality of the facts situation and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
