The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is languishing in jail since 09.07.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after administering poison.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of killing the sister of the informant is false and the police after investigation has submitted charge sheet under section 306, 201/34 of the I.P.C. Statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 7 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1012 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S.
