JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the punishment order dated 20.02.2017, by which the petitioner's services have been terminated, is appealable before the Commissioner, Patna. In view of the aforesaid, I direct the petitioner to file an appeal within two weeks from today. In case such an appeal is filed, the Commissioner, Patna shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter considering that the quantum of punishment is disproportionate to the charges levelled against the petitioner as well as taking a sympathetic view.
