Patna High Court MJC No.3376 of 2018(5) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 The learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has filed a show cause wherein the proceedings of the District Establishment Committee dated 03.05.2019 has been produced, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to be appointed and it has been stated that the petitioner shall be paid wages from the date of submission of his joining. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position and in such view of the matter he does not wish to press the present petition.
