The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 492 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 506 307 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 14.06.2022 by the informant,Yash Kumar.
The prosecution case in short is that while informant was going with his cousin brother to drop him to a tuition class, three persons at Zero mile stopped his motorcycle and started abusing on account of some dispute which had taken place earlier with his cousin brother. Further, co-accused Rishi Yadav had threatened the informant through his mobile.

No.3217 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 It has been further alleged that on account of such dispute, petitioner along with 7-8 accused persons came and shot at the informant and when the informant and his cousin brother tried to escape, the petitioner along with co-accused Rishi Yadav shot at the leg of informant. Accordingly, the FIR. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of opening fire causing injury to the victim.
Certainly this is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/Neha/- U T
