JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.09.2018. Learned counsel submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he abused and assaulted the husband of the informant.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
