The petitioner is languishing in jail since 17.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 387, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that from the mobile of petitioner extortion of Rs. 1,50,000/- has been made from the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that extortion of demand has not been made from the mobile of petitioner and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1011 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisioinal Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana East Champaran at Motihar in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 206 of 2014.
