The petitioner is languishing in custody since 6.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20/24 of The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances act, 1985.

From the house of the petitioner 2.35 kgs 'ganja' and 500 plastic wrappers were recovered. The petitioner wanted to escape from the scene but he was caught at the stop. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has been made from the joint family house and the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A further statement has been

Considering the quantity of recovery and investigation being concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
