The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of two months without plausible explanation. Moreover, the petitioner has also filed an informatory petition before the S.D.M., East Muzaffarpur for the illegal act of the informant, which is evident from Annexure-2. Case No. 169 of 2019 in which petitioner has also made party, which is evident from Annexure-3. The petitioner happens to be an employee of a Bank and he bears no criminal history. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.
