Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.09.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. very clearly stated that she left her home by her own sweet will and after that she went Tinsukhia along with the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
