SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 12-11-2024 The present contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 09.05.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.19729 of 2016. We have made all necessary endeavour to see that orders of this Court is complied. There are certain disputed issues as is evident from two reports submitted on the last occasion. In view of the admitted fact that there are certain disputed issues, which cannot be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

2. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the
