Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge,IIcum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/613/18.
