2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 110 liters of illicit country-made liquor alongwith some manufacturing utensils have been recovered near the dam of Bahorechak Paghaila Chaur.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused on the identification of local chowkidar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge - II, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri (Bakhari) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
