That this is an application for direction or directions, order or orders by the way of an appropriate writ or writs preferably in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents no. 3 to 5 make payment to the petitioner against his work done under 7 Nischay Yojna of 5th, 14th and 15th of finance commission MNREGA under Mahuli Panchayat in Bhojpur district.
Further direction to respondent no. 3, 4 and 5 to get verified this matter through physical verification and release work done amount of

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing recovery suit, before the learned Civil Court of competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
