Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 registered under sections 302, 379, 120B/34 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6449 of 2020(3) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S.
