This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishakchak PS Case No. 105 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 376/420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner by the prosecutrix the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
