JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case, the deceased had taken liquor in the house of the petitioner and on the next day morning, his condition started deteriorating and when he was taken to hospital, he was declared dead. The post mortem report of the deceased shows that the cause of death was excess intake of liquor.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.Case
