====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.77 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, who is Chowkidar, on recovery of the dead body of a male person, the present case was instituted against unknown. In course of investigation, one Ranjeet Kumar Rai was apprehended, who confessed hit guilt and also disclosed the name of the petitioner having hand in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1455 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 custody since 20.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
