2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the officials despite the order dated 05.08.2024 passed in Case No. 428(M)/2023 u/s 147 of the Cr.P.C., the respondents have encroached upon the passage and blocked the ingress and outgress of the petitioner's house.

3. After some arguments, Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1600 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 view to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
