Petitioner is named in the first information report but the petitioner was not known to the informant prior to the alleged occurrence and the informant came to know the name of the petitioner on the basis of conversation of the culprits. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since long but up till now he was not put on test identification parade.

Accordingly, petitioners is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 60 of 2013 arising out of S.C.No. 289 of 2014.
