The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 dated 07.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and the informant are own brothers and there is a dispute between them with respect to partition of family property. The petitioner and others are said to have resorted to brick bats leading to simple injuries on two of the victims.
