1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.206/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are wife and husband. It is next submitted that informant is son of the sister of the petitioner no.2, as such, is maternal nephew of petitioner no.2 and the informant concealing the relationship instituted the instant F.I.R. with no specific allegation against petitioner no.1.

It is further submitted that informant has tried to give an impression that unknown accused persons committed the occurrence when all the accused persons including the petitioners are related to informant, which casts an aspersion on the case of the prosecution.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Manjhaul in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.206/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
