The petitioner seeks regular bail in Ayar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The police raided the house of Pancha Nand Sharma and from there huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered. Pancha Nand Sharma disclosed that he used to purchase materials for preparing arms and ammunitions from Suresh Ram, the petitioner.
It appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner came from the mouth of co-accused and the Investigating Officer did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is
