The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 99 decimals of land was purchased by district administration for distribution to Mahadalit families including some of the land of the petitioner also. It was found that the land in question was disputed one and hence, the administration asked for return of the consideration money, but the same has not been returned.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2028 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 petitioner that there is no dispute with regard to the land of the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Permanandpur) P.S. Case No. 401 of 2014.
