JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.11.2015 in a case of train dacoity but admittedly, the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Amardeep Prasad and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent as it is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway
