It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this writ

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.76 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/3 application may be disposed of in terms of common order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 and other analogous cases.

Prayer in this writ application is to direct the respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation of this case through central agencies or by any other independent agency without involving the local police.

At this stage, Mr. Md. Irshad, learned AC to SC-1 for the State submits that police has already completed investigation in both the cases and charge-sheets have been filed vide chargesheet no. 94 of 2020 dated 31.10.2020 and charge-sheet no. 116 of 2021 dated 31.12.2021.

Although in the counter affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner is an absconder in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 and process under Section 82/83 Cr.P.C. has been executed against him but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3234 of 2022 on 26.09.2022.

Be that as it may, this Court finds that the investigation of the case is already complete and the accused persons have put their appearance by virtue of bail granted to them, nothing remains further to do in the present writ

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.76 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 3/3 application.
