JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are co-villagers of the informant but they have not been named in the first information report. The impugned order reveals that in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that they had seen the petitioners in the company of deceased prior to the recovery of his dead body and, even if, the aforesaid statements of witnesses are assumed to be true, then also, it is only a case of last seen.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7176 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Naraikala Khurd P.S.Case No. 01 of 2013.
