Petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and they are languishing in jail custody since 29.07.2014 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the IPC.

The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that allegation of demand of dowry is against husband of the deceased and moreover, informant has compromised the case.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as relation of the petitioners with the deceased, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S.
