ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks revision of the order of cognizance dated 27.01.2016 passed by the A.C.J.M., Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.277 of 2015 on the basis of compromise having been arrived at between the parties.
In the facts and circumstances, I find no reason for interference in the impugned order and hence, the application stands rejected.
The trial court is directed to proceed in accordance with law expeditiously.
