It appears that respondent no.1 has wrongly been made party in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the name of respondent no.1 is deleted. The petitioner is praying for a direction upon the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Darbhanga not to interfere with the Execution Case No.05 of 2015 in absence of any application or order under Order 41 Rule 5 CPC. This civil miscellaneous application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable and, therefore, it is dismissed.
