Case No. 565 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 356 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of B.C.A. course of Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi and he is in custody since 09.11.2018.
