The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354A, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner along with one Bablu Mandal confined the informant and assaulted with the butt of the pistol when the wife of the informant came to rescue they outraged the modesty of the wife of the informant and co-accused Bablu Mandal snatched Rs.10,000/- from the pocket of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2025 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 petitioner that there was dispute between the informant and Bablu Mandal. The petitioner happens to be the uncle of Bablu Mandal. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bath P.S.
