The petitioner is accused in connection with TR. No. 4258 of 2013 arising out of Kaluahi (Khajauli) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2008/G.R. No. 229 of 2008 registered under Sections 448, 376, 313 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(xii) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected for the present vide order dated 24.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34963 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 24.03.2013. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the period of custody, the petitioner above named, is
