JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the three sons of the informant deposited Rs. 3,75,000/- in her account but her son Prabhakar Kumar, on the pretext of getting her old age pension provided, took thumb impression and by misusing her thumb impression, the sale deed with regard to the land of the informant was executed in favour of daughter-in-law of the informant (wife of Prabhakar Kumar). The petitioner was identifier of the alleged sale deed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 09.03.2014, sale deed was executed by the informant in favour of her daughter-in-law when this case was filed on

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
