JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 667 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle and from his possession one motorcycle was also recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.05.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly eight months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
