It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2, the Secretary, Bihar State Bar Council, Patna that the application of the petitioner may be treated as an appeal and the same will be considered by the authority in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has no objection, if the direction is given by this Court to treat the present petition of the petitioner under section 11 of the Uniform Rules governing by the Bar Association, State of Bihar.
