From the auto-rickshaw of the informant five bags of country made liquor total amounting to 200 litres were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was simply a driver of the public carrier.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
