In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 279, 304(A) I.P.C. and later on Section 302/34 I.P.C. was added.

As per the allegation, the informant found his son at Railway Dhala. With the help of the village, the victim was taken away to the Hospital where he was declared dead. Statement has been made that his son had died on account of accident by some unknown vehicle and after few months as per the statement of Prasuram Sah, the petitioner and his maternal uncle were roped in the present case.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
