2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 342, 354, 354A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, specific allegation of molesting is against co-accused Jitendra Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that this petitioner wrapped gamcha around the neck of the informant with intention to kill.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no allegation of specific overt act against this

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
