JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and so far as antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, prior to institution of the present case, no case had been registered against the petitioner but when he was caught in the present case, he was remanded by the police in several cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
