In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 185 of 2018 arising from P.R. No. 32 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. A huge quantity amounting to 132.840 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from the straw house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this application and he would surrender before the court below.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, if the
