The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 343 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioner under conspiracy, fraudulently sold the land of the mother of complainant by two registered sale deed in order to grab the land of complainant. Petitioner is alleged to be witness of the alleged sale deed.

It is submitted that petitioner is neither seller nor purchaser of the land in question and has got no concern with

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 343 of 2020 corresponding to Trial No. 2247 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
