JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by khanti on the head of the informant causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the dispute arose with respect to irrigation of land and the injury is simple in nature. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
