The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter Sunita Devi was married to Santosh Ram about six years ago but his son-inlaw was demanding motorcycle and gold chain. It is submitted that the informant made omnibus and general allegation that all the accused persons killed his daughter. Having considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation of demand of dowry is made against the petitioner, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
