Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.11.2014 in a complaint case registered in which cognizance for the offence under section 498A of the IPC was taken. Admittedly, prior to filing complaint case, brother of complainant had filed Complaint Case No. 213/2003 under section 498A of the IPC and the aforesaid complaint case is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2108 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua in Complaint Case No. 924/ 2011 / Tr.
