JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 04-02-2022 This application has been taken up for online hearing through video conference because of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner intends to approach the Appellate Authority against the order dated 19.08.2020, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Danapur, whereby the petitioner's license to run a PDS shop has been cancelled. The order cancelling the licence was passed on 19.08.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order before the Appellate Authority. It is further observed that, if any appeal is preferred within four weeks from today, with an application seeking condonation of delay, the Appellate Authority shall decide the petitioner's appeal on merits after condoning the delay as she was pursuing her remedy before this Court by filing present writ application.
